Digital membership
kage-lab is a digital membership. No physical goods are shipped.
How access is delivered
Access is delivered immediately after you start your trial or membership, through our online community platform. You will receive a confirmation email with login instructions.
Program content is released over time on a set schedule: trial content opens day by day during the first 14 days, and the 90-day lesson series releases one new lesson each week from day 15 of membership.
Live sessions
A 20-minute live session is held every Friday from 12:30 to 12:50 Japan Standard Time. Members join through the community platform, with audio only and no camera required.
Access problems
If you cannot access your membership, contact support@kage-lab.com and we will help you within 2 business days (Japan time).
Payment security
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-certified payment provider. kage-lab does not receive or store your full card number.
